The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, fixing up in a few places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t assume a whole lot.

They say location is everything, And that i'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and also the location was awesome, but it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as have been the doors, the trim, much with the furnishings, etc.
I loved that there had been two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who would like to travel jointly. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it all over again or advocate it to a pal.

2 This assets is a superb location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! On the other hand, it is in extreme need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Past reviews mentioned the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. Therefore the house obtained a lot of sand in it.
